I was born in 1947 in an idyllic seaside village on the west coast of Scotland. My family moved about a lot in the 50s and ended up in Malvern in the early 60s.

As a teenager in the 60s I followed everyone from the Beatles and The Who, to Donovan and Dylan.

But the bold idea of becoming a singer songwriter myself had to wait until around 2008 and only recently entered song competitions.
